According to real estate analysts, four new buildings were completed in May – two in the Lviv region and one each in Kyiv and Zakarpattia. The highest percentage of completed properties was recorded in the Rivne (62%), Zaporizhzhia (56%), and Odesa (54%) regions.

Prices in the primary market show growth in most regions. The largest price increases were noted in the Chernihiv (+8%), Zhytomyr (+8%), and Kyiv (+6%) regions. Only the Kirovohrad region showed a decrease, averaging 5%. Kyiv remains the most expensive city, with an average price of $1,409 per square meter. The cheapest new buildings can be found in the frontline regions: Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, and Mykolaiv.

Regarding the secondary market, the most sales listings in May came from the Volyn, Rivne, and Mykolaiv regions. The average price of one-room apartments also continued to rise in most areas, with the largest increase occurring in the Kherson region (+16%), although it remains the most affordable for this type of housing. The most active buyers in May were searching for secondary real estate in the Khmelnytskyi, Odesa, and Volyn regions.
