Lviv airport has come to life with new flights to Baku, Frankfurt, Riga, Tel Aviv and Vienna.

Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines airline have launched night flights from the airport to Frankfurt and Vienna. UIA resumed flights to Tel Aviv. AirBaltic resumed flights to Riga. SkyUp has started service to Baku. Due to corona controls, the flight is restricted to Azeris or foreigners with residence permits.

  • Austrian Airlines has started flying three times a week between Vienna and Zaporizhia.
  • Wizz Air Abu Dhabi started flying on Saturday between Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and Kyiv Boryspil. Late next month, the flight will be three times a week. The flight is on an Airbus A321neo, necessitating landings at Boryspil and foregoing Wizz Air’s hub at Kyiv Sikorsky.
