Johnson seeks to arm Ukraine with anti-ship missiles to defend Odesa.

The UK insists on arming Ukraine with anti-ship missiles to protect it from Russian warships shelling coastal cities. Prime Minister Boris Johnson told ministers that he wanted to provide weapons to prevent the Russians from attacking Odesa, just as British anti-tank missiles were used to prevent Putin from capturing Kyiv. According to the Times, Britain plans to supply missiles with sensors that can be aimed at ships stationed off the coast of Ukraine and anti-tank weapons to destroy artillery batteries. In addition, the possibility of providing Ukraine with Switchblade drones is being considered.
