American banking giant J.P. Morgan, a European subsidiary of the Alvarez & Marsal consulting company, and Ukrfinzhytlo will develop mortgage lending in Ukraine.
“The partnership with J.P. Morgan involves obtaining practical recommendations on attracting financing from foreign investors through the issuance of bonds secured by mortgage agreements and securitization. It is also planned to provide consulting assistance to Ukrfinzhytlo on the procedures for regulating the issuance of bonds secured by mortgages in EU countries“, the Ukrainian state-owned company reported.
Cooperation with Alvarez & Marsal and their consulting assistance will allow for the possibility of attracting funds from international financial organizations and foreign investors for future mortgage lending needs in Ukraine.
