Turkish fashion retailer LC Waikiki will join the tenant pool of the Cosmo Multimall shopping center in Kyiv in the fall. The company is returning to its development trajectory and plans further expansion in various regions of Ukraine. The new store will enhance the shopping gallery, which already features House, Cropp, Sinsay, Argo, Levi’s, Colin’s, Intertop, and other well-known brands. In 2025, LC Waikiki plans to open new stores in Mukachevo (Transcarpathia) and Chernivtsi. Between 2026 and 2027, more than ten new retail outlets will be established in different Ukrainian regions.

Simultaneously, two international brands – CCC and HalfPrice – in partnership with broker Nhood Ukraine, will unveil new stores in the Blockbuster Mall, the largest shopping and entertainment center in Eastern Europe, located in Kyiv. Specifically, HalfPrice will launch its largest store in Ukraine, spanning over 2,269 square meters. Both clothing and accessory chains are part of CCC Group.

Additionally, the Polish brand Sinsay will open a new large store on August 3 in the PortCity shopping mall in Lutsk. The brand specializes in clothing and home goods.
