Friday, September 10, 2021

The synchronization of Ukraine’s integrated energy system with the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E), scheduled for 2023, will enable the European energy system to become more flexible and raise its sustainability, the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy says. “Disconnection from the Russian power system and synchronization with the European one will benefit not only Ukraine. It will diversify energy supply routes, raise EU energy sector’s flexibility and sustainability, and create favorable conditions for the further development of renewable energy.”
