In two months, Ukraine received only 10% of the planned financial aid and did not receive the promised military support.

During her speech at the 16th Kyiv Security Forum, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Olga Stefanishyna noted that American partners are calling on Ukraine to exercise restraint in its military tactics and to be patient with the allocation of the latest US aid package, but the situation is already “terrible” because today the world cannot mobilize weapons, funding, or any other resources. At the same time, taking advantage of this, the Russian Federation is trying to exhaust Ukraine’s available resources.

“In the past two months, we received 10% of the planned financial aid (international aid) necessary for the state’s survival. We also did not receive military aid, which had been planned for almost a year through the Ramstein process with more than fifty countries worldwide”.

According to Stefanishyna, there are still no positive forecasts regarding these issues.
