In the first quarter, prices in Ukraine's secondary residential real estate market increased across all regions.

According to LUN, a real estate search engine, Kyiv fell to third place behind Uzhhorod in the one-room apartment segment, where the average cost of a one-room apartment rose by 16% over six months, reaching $64,000. In the capital, prices increased by 5%, amounting to $63,000 at the beginning of April. In Lviv, the average cost of one-room apartments has remained stable for six months at $65,000.

In the two-room apartment segment, the capital retained its lead in average housing cost. Over six months, prices here increased by 8%, hitting the $100,000 mark. Lviv holds second place with an average price increase of 4%, averaging $92,500. Uzhhorod comes in third, with two-room apartments rising in price by a record 14% over six months, now nearing an average price of $90,000.

As for three-room apartments, the capital leads this segment by a wide margin, with prices for such housing reaching $148,000 (+10% in six months). Lviv takes second place with an average cost of $113,000, and Uzhhorod ranks third with a price of $105,000.
