Implementation of most new real estate projects will be put on hold.

The average price per square meter in new buildings is increased by 25.7% in Kyiv.

Ukrainian developers have started to resume residential construction work.

Construction of most recent projects in different real estate segments will be paused against the background of external threats, said co-founder of INSPI Development Volodymyr Sementsov. According to him, large investors are not in a hurry to invest due to the ongoing conflict with the Russian Federation. At the same time, projects which had started prior to the geopolitical crisis will continue. Due to the high probability of a military invasion, he added that most investors have stopped financing new projects for at least a month or two. At the same time, he considers this pause in investment uncritical overall.
