Given stable financing for the state’s preferential lending program, eOselya, the share of mortgage sales on the primary market will increase to 40-45%, experts from the DIM group of companies predict.
DIM joined with two state programs, eOselya for affordable housing loans and eVidnovlennya, which provides compensation for destroyed or damaged housing, in the spring of this year. Since then, as recorded by the company, about 30% of all inquiries to sales offices have been related to the subsidized mortgage program, with 10% closing deals. As for the eVidnovlennya program, the first agreement was concluded at the beginning of September to purchase an apartment in the Lucky Land complex.
Analysts note that despite the difficult times, demand in the primary market is growing as a result of these programs, but eOselya is not available to all consumers. According to the government, 13,117 preferential mortgage loans totaling more than ₴21B have already been issued through the eOselya program.
