The budget Irish carrier, Ryanair, is selling tickets at the heavily discounted price of €9.9 on their booking system. Some routes are priced from € 4.9, as well as many destinations for €7.9! The discounted tickets are available for limited routes, including Odessa to Katowice and from Lviv to London.
