Government appoints a Canadian diplomat as the new business ombudsman.

The new business ombudsman, Roman Vashchuk was formerly the Canadian Ambassador to Ukraine from 2014 to 2019, announced gov.ua. Among the main tasks of the Business Ombudsman Council is the preparation of proposals to the authorities on state policy in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity, providing recommendations on improving the work of state bodies and local authorities in the direction of improving the conditions for entrepreneurial activity.
