Denmark’s energy agency states it received the necessary documents for pipe laying to resume Jan. 15. A German Foreign Ministry official tells the FT: “According to our information, the construction permits necessary for laying the pipeline have been issued.” Worked stopped one year ago, in face of new US sanctions. A second layer of sanctions were approved by the US Congress 10 days ago.
