From Europe’s Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana, the 16th successful launch of Europe’s Vega light-class launch vehicle equipped with a Ukrainian engine

 was carried out on April 29 2021. Launched into orbit were the main cargo, a 750 kg Pléiades Neo 3 satellite, four cubesats, and the Norsat-3 observation microsatellite for the Norwegian Space Agency. The engine was developed in Dnipro by Pivdenne Design Bureau and produced by Pivdenne Machine Building Plant.
