Farmers of the Odesa region will receive state compensation for the lost harvest,

announced minagro.gov.ua. Farmers will receive 4,700 ($178) per hectare of state compensation for damage to crops due to emergencies of man-made and natural nature. “The small farms create jobs in rural areas, and the financial support from the state will help them not to lose a year and replant or change the crop”, said the Minister, Taras Vysotsky.
