The Epicentr K group is preparing to invest in the development of its port infrastructure, the company’s top manager, Petro Mykhailyshyn, said.
“We already have 170,000 hectares of land and produce more than one million tons of grain annually. We already have two elevator complexes with two million tons of simultaneous storage,” Mykhailyshyn explained.
According to him, Epicentr K is also taking steps toward the construction of its port terminal with a partner.
But there is a condition for construction, Mykhailyshyn added: “We will be able to implement everything if the number of workers does not decrease.” Currently, more than 3,000 Epicentr K employees serve in the Armed Forces.
The Epicentr group entered the agrarian business in 2015, launching the Agroholding 2012 company, later transitioning to Epicentr Agro. The agroholding grows grain and oil crops in six regions, has livestock complexes, and is actively developing elevator farming.
Epicentr’s turnover for the first half of 2024 increased by 19.1% to ₴37.6B.
