Eight renewable energy producers have won a total of $29 million in judgements in Kyiv’s Economic Court

PV Magazine reports that Lithuania’s Modus Group, the owner of three solar plants in Ukraine, is preparing to sue the government for €11.5 million in losses due to last summer’s 15% reduction in solar tariffs.
