President Zelensky has flown to the U.S. again, this time to present Ukraine’s case before the international community at the UN General Assembly, and no doubt to follow up on meetings he’s had in recent weeks with U.S. and other international officials. But at the same time, attention will be focused on what happens in the Ukrainian parliament this week. Will his Servant of the People faction manage to get the critical law on oligarchs passed and thereby signal a decisive step forward, or will its blockage become a major setback?
