The Ukrainian Government is working hard to attract cross border investors by providing investing nannies and promising a supportive business environment with the rule of law. However, the country has had a history of some foreign investors who have had negative experiences in their foray into the Ukrainian market. It is important for the Ukrainian Government to not only assist investors but to provide a legal framework where those firms who have lost their investment or funds due to political and economic instability can get legal redress.
