Starting from November 1st, public transport users in Kyiv to be asked to produce a Covid-certificate or a negative PCR test. The Mayor of Kyiv, Vitaly Klitschko made this announcement during a recent press briefing. Only vaccinated people or people with a negative PCR test will be allowed to work and visit public places. Some countries prohibit Ukrainians from visiting. In state department announcements, the US government has classified Ukraine as dangerous country to visit.
