Despite two coal shipments, TPP and CHPP are short of fuel.

As of December 13th, 19 TPP and CHPP units were out of operation due to a lack of coal. At state-owned Centrenergo, 9 out of 20 power units reported a lack of fuel, and seven power units were in operation (the remaining four are under repair). 14 units of Energoatom are in operation. On December 13^th, coal stocks at Ukrainian TPPs’ warehouses were 451 thousand tons. This has increased since December 1^st by 57,000 (+14).
