Great Britain and the Netherlands will work on creating an aviation coalition for Ukraine: Belgium and Poland are ready to join, and Germany will abstain.

Denmark is preparing to transfer F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine with the US’ consent, said the head of the country’s Ministry of Defense, Troels Lund Poulsen. Denmark has 43 F-16 fighters, 30 of which are in active use. However, the government is replacing the F-16 with more modern F-35 fighters.

Moreover, the American manufacturer of the F-16, Lockheed Martin, said that it is ready not only to meet the need for new F-16 aircraft but also to help Ukrainian pilots operate and maintain the aircraft if the NATO countries agree to transfer them to Ukraine.
