Boris Johnson visited Kyiv and promised more financial and military aid over the weekend.

During his visit to Kyiv, the prime minister of the United Kingdom promised Ukraine further military assistance, including armored vehicles and anti-ship weapons. “Boris Johnson has offered Ukraine military assistance in the form of 120 armored vehicles and new anti-ship missile systems to support Ukraine at this crucial stage, while Russia’s illegal offensive continues,” the British government said. The government stressed that this is new aid, which was allocated in addition to the previously announced tranche of military equipment worth £100M, which includes anti-aircraft Starstreak missiles, anti-tank weapons, and more.
