Bogdan Motors, one of Ukraine’s last major vehicle makers, was declared bankrupt by the Commercial Court of Dnipro region

, according to a ruling published Tuesday. With plants in Lutsk and Cherkasy, Bogdan was famous for its yellow minibuses. With debts mounting to $245 million, the court ordered liquidation.
