Biden says the United States will “respond” if Russia uses chemical weapons.

 US President Joe Biden has said the United States will respond if Russian dictator Vladimir Putin uses chemical weapons. During Biden’s briefing after the G7 summit in Brussels, he was asked if the United States had intelligence suggesting that Putin was considering using chemical weapons. “We will answer if Putin applies it. The nature of the response will depend on the nature of the application,” said the White House chief.
