Biden calls on Americans to support aid to Israel and Ukraine and prevent victory for terrorists and tyrants.

President Joe Biden Speaks on the debt limit during an event at SUNY Westchester Community College on May 10, 2023 in Valhalla, New York,

In his speech, US President Joe Biden drew parallels between recent events in Israel and the war in Ukraine and called on Americans to support Washington’s aid to both countries. Biden called the current time “a turning point in history”.

“Hamas and Putin present different threats, but they have something in common: both want to destroy a neighboring democratic state,” the US president said.

Biden emphasized that support for Ukraine and Israel is “vitally important for the national security of the US.” Washington’s actions are being watched by the US’ rival states and opponents worldwide.

“History has taught us that when terrorists do not pay the price for their terror and dictators for their aggression, they cause even more chaos and death,” the American leader added.

He clarified that if Putin is not stopped, he will not limit himself to Ukraine, and future stability in the Middle East depends on the situation in Israel.
