Belarus will lift the restrictions if Ukraine reciprocates by lifting its trade restrictions and its new ban on over flights by airplanes from Belarus,

Alexander Guryanov, Belarus’ First Deputy Foreign Minister, told Radio Free Europe Friday. He said: “We are ready to completely repeal all our decisions, we are ready to restore the free trade regime in full.”
