Australian Defense Minister Richard Marles has announced that his country has joined the Ukrainian drone coalition.
Meanwhile, Spain is preparing a new batch of battle tanks for transfer to Ukraine. These 19 Leopard 2A4 machines are being prepared for shipment at the Santa Bárbara Sistemas plant in Alcalá de Guadaira (Seville). The supply will be carried out in two batches: 10 battle tanks by the end of June and another nine in September.
Also, on March 21, Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur announced that his country would send €20M in military aid to Ukraine.
“The package includes leadless anti-tank guns, explosives, various types of artillery ammunition, gas masks, and sniper equipment.” Pevkur clarified.
The package also includes 155 mm shells, which is Estonia’s additional contribution to the EU’s initiative to supply one million shells. This contribution will be partially financed by Denmark.
