The next step, Aleksandrr Moroz, head of Arcelor’s logistics, says is company-owned locomotives pulling Arcelor freight trains. Last week, the Rada rejected a bill that would allow private freight trains. Undeterred, Moroz told Rail Expo 2018 in Kyiv that pilot projects should start next year.
