Anglo-Belgian Corporation and Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company have signed a letter of intent for a €90 million purchase of hybrid fuel engines for 33 tugs.

The engines, which can run on diesel, hydrogen, or methanol, comply with EU standards and would allow Ukrainian Danube continued access to the Danube and, potentially, the Rhine.
