According to the last year’s results, Metinvest, ArcelorMittal, and Ferrexpo became the leaders among the largest exporters of the metal industry during the war year.
As Forbes reported, despite the drop in export capacity by more than two-thirds due to the blockade of Ukrainian ports, the mining and metallurgical complex maintained its leading position in export volume. The industry’s profit share in the export picture last year reached 15%, which is $9.1B.
The Ferrexpo company ranked third in export volume with $897M in 9 months of the year. ArcelorMittal took second place with an indicator of $932M (for 9 months), and Metinvest occupied first place with $3.9B (for 6 months).
In the agricultural complex, the third place in terms of export volumes is held by ADM Ukraine with an indicator of $513M (for 9 months), MHP took second place with $1.1B (for 9 months). And Kernel leads the industry rating with $1.8B (in 9 months).
