South Korea’s Caris plans to build a $60 million plant in Stryi, Lviv region to manufacture highway guardrails from plastic waste

Yu Cheol, the principal investor, reviewed the investment in a meeting in Kyiv on Friday with Stryi Mayor Oleg Kanivets and Deputy Economy Minister Iryna Novikova.
