Three state giants have fallen under Ukraine’s big privatization.
According to the head of the State Property Fund (SPFU), Rustem Umerov, these are the United Mining and Chemical Company, the Odesa Port Plant, and Centerenergo. The Odesa Port Plant, located in Yuzhne, is a large ammonia and urea producer.
