Last year, Ukraine’s energy sector delivered ₴115B to the budget.
This total refers to contributions from the payment of excise duty and rent of energy sector enterprises, which are 17% more than in 2022, reported DiXi Group. It is noted that the taxpayers remitted the most significant amount through the excise duty – ₴60.83B, where ₴53.89B came from rent payments. The largest increase in revenue for the year was from the excise tax on fuel: revenues from the sale of petroleum products produced in Ukraine increased by 300% while tax
