On September 11, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Annalena Baerbock visited an electric substation near the capital and suggested that Ukraine should use more renewable energy sources. In particular, she envisions building a new wind power plant around the Chornobyl NPP. A corresponding declaration of intent has been signed.
