61% of Europeans believe Ukraine will win the war with the Russian Federation.

According to a eupinions survey, Poles are the most confident in Ukraine’s victory, with 81% of its citizens. 55% of Germans and 51% of Italians believe in Ukrainian success. Moreover, 68% of respondents believe that the Russian invasion of Ukraine is an attack on Europe itself. Also, most respondents are convinced that Ukraine is currently protecting the values that all EU members profess. However, the share of those who agree with this statement varies in each EU member state. The survey, conducted in December 2022, surveyed almost 13,300 EU citizens in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, and Spain.
